Darielle Teitelbaum

Darielle is a corporate lawyer based in Toronto, Canada and the founder of AWE Legal™ and AWE Contracts, an online downloadable legal contract template shop. Like many of her clients, she is an entrepreneur. Darielle combines her passions for fitness, creativity, writing and advocacy to create a unique legal experience. AWE helps you establish your business goals and protects fellow athletes, creatives and entrepreneurs by drafting relevant contracts. The motto is simplicity and transparency, while ensuring maximum protection and legal compliance.   

Darielle is a member of the Ontario bar. She graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School and worked at Greenspan Partners LLP, a leading criminal defence law firm in the country. She has a background in media, marketing and strategic planning. She uses her creativity and collaborates with her clients to create customized solutions. Darielle has worked within her community to educate entrepreneurs and creatives about the law and business, teaching and providing workshops at places such as Ryerson University, Lululemon, and Artscape Daniels Launchpad and appearing on several podcasts. She is passionate about education and providing access to legal knowledge and services.

Outside of work, she is a world-traveller, runner, indoor cycling instructor, actor, yogi, dancer, amateur surfer and loves all forms of fitness. She is a creative writer, and loves setting goals and smashing them!
